This is for a single individual entry into the Summer Awards Meet.  Payments are due no later than July 21st @ Noon.  Swimmers must also declare their entry into the meet just as they have for each meet this season.  Both steps must be done by July 21st @ Noon for the swimmer to be entered into the meet officially.
