Meet Entry Instructions

Each week, families must declare whether their swimmer(s) will attend the upcoming swim meet.

Please complete meet entries before the weekly deadline so coaches can prepare lineups and relays.

How to Declare Your Swimmer

1. Log in to the West Point Dolphins SwimTopia account.
2. Go to Meets & Events → Signup Calendar.
3. Select Meet Entry.
4. For each swimmer, select:
   • Attending this meet
   • Not attending this meet
5. If needed, use the Notes for coach section to share important information such as:
   • Arriving late
   • Leaving early
   • Relay availability
   • Other meet-day conflicts
6. Click Save to submit your selections.

Important Notes

• Every swimmer must be declared each week — even if they are not attending.
• Meet entries typically close the week before each meet, so please submit entries before the posted deadline.
• Coaches determine final event and relay assignments.
• New swimmers may see “NT,” which means “No Time.”
